    At NUE AFFAIR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to assist you. Please review the return guidelines below.

    1. Return Eligibility

    You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

    • All original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging must remain intact.

    Important:
    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

    • Panties

    • Lingerie sets

    • Bodysuits

    • Shapewear

    • Any intimate apparel that comes in direct contact with skin

    These items are final sale.

    2. How to Initiate a Return

    To start a return:

    1. Contact Us:
      Email our customer support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

    2. Return Authorization:
      Once reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

    3. Pack the Item:
      Pack the item securely and include a note with your order details and reason for return.
      Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

    3. Shipping the Return

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.

    Return packages should be sent to the address provided in the RA email.

    4. Refund Process

    After we receive and inspect the returned item and verify it meets the return conditions:

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

    • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

    5. Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
    We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

    6. Final Sale Items

    All panties, lingerie, intimate-wear, and hygiene-sensitive items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
